Keys To Emotional Healing

In order for there to be healing, you have to remove yourself from the environment that made you sick.
This is often about becoming really self-aware because it is often our thinking that has made us ill.
So in order for there to be emotional healing, there must be a process of acknowledging, allowing, accepting, integrating, and processing painful life experiences and strong emotions while taking personal responsibility for your part.
This process may involve empathy, self-regulation, self-compassion, self-acceptance, mindfulness, and integration.
