Get really truthful with yourself. Sometimes we lie to ourselves in order to make life easier. And then we can doubt ourselves about that reality.
Get quiet, go within and ask yourself deep questions about what you believe is true about your situation. Am I blaming or shaming someone else or is this really my problem?
