Be The Reason Someone Feels Valued

Many people suffer from feelings of unworthiness or being undervalued.  This can happen for a few reasons.

They may have been in a series of damaging relationships where they felt the need to people-please to gain love, or they are an empath who has repeatedly found themselves in the hooks of a narcissist.

Either way, if you can lift someone up, do it. If you can support someone, do it. Show people love.
