5 Types Of Soulmates That Will Likely Show Up in Your Life

There are many different types of soulmates that we will run into in our journey through life. How many types of soulmates have you had so far?

“A soulmate is an ongoing connection with another individual that the soul picks up again in various times and places over lifetimes. We are attracted to another person at a soul level not because that person is our unique complement, but because by being with that individual, we are somehow provided with an impetus to become whole ourselves.” — Edgar Cayce

We all have those special people out in the world who show up in our lives from time to time. They are people that you may feel an unexplainable connection with. Feelings that you have known that person before, or like you have known each other for more than this life together are experienced.  Most notably is how this other person can make you want to be a better person than you know you are.

Soulmates come in different packages. In fact, you don’t have to be in love with your soulmate or romantic. A soulmate can be friends, a family member, or a stranger you met on the street that you share an instantly deep connection with.

Here are five types of soulmates you are likely to meet in your lifetime.

The Kindred Spirit

The kindred spirit is someone that you have a close connectedness to as a result of having similar personalities, are like-minded, or are on the same life path together. They could show up at any time. These companions will often stay in your life for years, sometimes for a lifetime and very often take the form of a close friend. This person is someone you know you can count on and you often will go to for emotional support.

The Emotional Twin

The emotional twin is someone whom you will share the same energy with. Some of us are lucky to be paired with a parent, sibling, or cousin who is an emotional twin. A soul twin is much like two peas in a pod. Moulded from the same universal energy, yet a soul of their own. Together they can do great things.

The Lover

The lover is a soulmate that you feel an immediate romantic attraction to. Love, at first sight, shows up in this scenario. This person could be a kindred spirit, an emotional twin as well as the Lover. The Lover is someone you have a romantic chemistry with. You feel the need to be with that person all of the time. Your energies are happier together than they are when they are apart. There are people out there whose energy just jives awesome with our own. These people are much better off together than they are apart.

The Life Long Partner

This is the soulmate who has been in your life for many years. They have been such a central part of your life for so long that you cannot picture your life without that person. A lifelong partner is someone that will show up later on in life after years of familiarity and is usually a significant other of many years. In other words, the lifelong partner is the person that you have spent so many years with that they actually make up a large portion of who you are.

The Ultimate Connection

The ultimate connection is the person that encompasses all the qualities from above. For example, this person might be an emotional twin, kindred spirit, lover, and lifelong partner. The Ultimate Connection is the Ultimate Soulmate. There is no stronger human connection beyond this.

The spiritual connection between humans is a complex phenomenon.  There are people that remain in our lives for a reason. Many of whom resurface over a period of time that we remain connected to for reasons that cannot be explained. These types of soulmates will make different lasting impressions on you.  All of them, to make you into who you are supposed to be. These are people that we have spiritual business with and many times fall into a category of soulmate or soul companion. Keep your head and your eyes open to these people for they are the key to unlocking the gates of your life purpose.
