  1. You are tired all the timeBeing tired all the time is no fun. If you find that you are completely exhausted when you shouldn’t be, there might be something more going on there than meets the eye. It could be something as simple as a vitamin deficiency, bad sleeping habits, or it could be something more serious that you need to look into. Either way, being tired all the time is a sign that it’s time to start thinking about your health.
  2. You don’t eat a balanced diet– if you are one of those people who does not eat a balanced diet, then it might come to no surprise to you that it’s time to start thinking about your health. Having a balanced diet is one of the single most important things both physically and psychologically.
  3. You crave greasy foods and sugarWhen your body craves greasy food, sugar, and other types of empty calories it very well could be a sign that you do not have healthy eating habits and that your body is lacking nutrients.
