- You are tired all the time–Being tired all the time is no fun. If you find that you are completely exhausted when you shouldn’t be, there might be something more going on there than meets the eye. It could be something as simple as a vitamin deficiency, bad sleeping habits, or it could be something more serious that you need to look into. Either way, being tired all the time is a sign that it’s time to start thinking about your health.
- You don’t eat a balanced diet– if you are one of those people who does not eat a balanced diet, then it might come to no surprise to you that it’s time to start thinking about your health. Having a balanced diet is one of the single most important things both physically and psychologically.
- You crave greasy foods and sugar–When your body craves greasy food, sugar, and other types of empty calories it very well could be a sign that you do not have healthy eating habits and that your body is lacking nutrients.
- You get sick a lot–If you tend to catch every little thing that passes your space, it is likely because your immunity system is down. This happens for multiple reasons, but either way, you look at it it’s time to get healthy and get you immunity system back on par.
- You don’t sleep well– if you are tossing and turning all night and don’t understand why there could be an underlying health factor. Interrupted sleep can cause severe health issues as well as problems in your daily life.

- You’re not active–Exercise is important to the human body. When you exercise, you are showing your heart that you care. If you are a couch potato that tends not to get out and about and get a proper amount of exercise, then it might be time to start considering your health.
- Your urine is yellow– Yellow urine is a sign of dehydration. If that is you then you are probably not drinking enough water.
- You don’t drink much water– That brings us to our next category, if you do not drink enough water it’s time to reconsider you pallet preferences. All humans require a certain amount of water to live so make sure you’re getting yours.
- You’re gaining lots of weight– Most of us to realize that an unhealthy amount of weight gain is not good. If this is you then you know it’s time to think about your health.
- You’re losing too much weight-Many do not realize, however, that losing an excessive amount of weight, especially with no diet or exercise can also be a sign of poor health.
- Light exercise or daily activity makes you breathe heavy–does light exercise or simply walking up and down the stairs make you feel winded? If so then it’s definitely time to become more active. This is not a good sign of health.
- You feel depressed and anxious–are you surprised to see this one here? When we eat healthily and live healthily, our psyche is healthy as a result. However when we eat junk and we have lack of exercise, our brains don’t always work the way that they should.
- You experience frequent headaches–Are you going to work with a headache again? Headaches can be a sign not only of a more severe health risk, but it also can be a sign of stress, lack of sleep, and so much more. If you experience frequent headaches, it’s definitely time to start taking care of yourself.
- You have back pain or muscle spasms-muscle spasms and back pain can both be a sign of worsening health. If you experience this frequently then it’s time to start taking care of yourself and perhaps even consult your doctor.
At the end of the day, it’s important to remember that we only have this body once. Our bodies are a gift that should be treasured and taken care of.
